Tasks

-Set-up, assist, and review in preparation of billings -Assist in organization and setup of meetings, planning, scheduling, and progress tracking -Assist in processing safety audits and evaluating hazard potential on projects -Prepare necessary logs for submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc. -Assist in all aspects of Job Set up including, project costing, labor hours, and scheduling -Monitor subcontractors, tools, and overall job progress

What You Bring

-The ability to work well in a team environment and be deadline and detail driven -1+ years of experience in mechanical or another related field -Good attitude and excellent communication skills -Experience with construction project management software
