Perform multi‑trade maintenance/repair work, mainly joinery, on social housing voids.

Tasks

-Working in void properties and occasionally tenanted properties on general maintenance. -Working in tenanted properties on general maintenance works, including general alternative refurbishments. -Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes

What You Bring

-Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade background, joinery experience essential. The works are varied, including internal repairs and replacements of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms. -Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively -Social Housing experience is essential. -Basic Plumbing, tiling & patch plastering is desirable. -The role will also require a DBS check to be completed -Full UK driving license is required.
