Tasks

-Manage and Support Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Applications. -Administer Hyperion Planning Applications Monthly/Quarterly close process. -Interactive; maintains effective working relationships, supporting company leadership and team. -Provide assistance and uses troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance in various PBCS enhancements. -Trains less senior associates on defined procedures and standards -Executes unit, performance, acceptance tests to solutions to ensure they meet quality standards. -Identify and implement process improvements to support more efficient financial analysis. -Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership. -Develops conversion and implementation plans and ensures successful implementation of EPM system changes, monitoring changes for increased efficiency. -Advise clients on best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. -Works with Solution Architects and Project Owners to define right solution for the problems. -Develops individual modules and functions as identified through technical design. -Designs EPBCS web forms, business rules and financial reports. -Maintains a supportive and collaborative teamwork environment; encourages teamwork in others.

What You Bring

-Experience creating EPM Automate scripts, building REST API scripts. -Ability to advise users on best practices in planning, budgeting, and forecasting. -Able to provide end-user training, report writing and application support. -Experience developing in waterfall, hybrid, or agile environment. -Demonstrates operational awareness in problem solving. -Skilled in administration of current state EPBCS environment in support of rolling budget / forecast models. -Begins to learn the market and major competitors. -Demonstrates effective communication skills. -Understands the company's philosophy on diversity in the workplace. -8+ years of experience with business processes around and implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), Hyperion Planning or Essbase. -Demonstrates an understanding of the links between business drivers and IT processes. -Have experience with other EPM Cloud modules (Narrative Reporting, EDMCS, PCMCS, FCCS) -Strong technical background with hands-on experience in application build using PBCS/EPBCS; integrations with data management to build metadata and data loads; security setup; and report writing. -End-to-end lifecycle development and implementation experience including requirements gathering, configuration, design, build, test, and go-live phases. -Diligent; acts promptly. -Must be flexible and readily adapt to changing priorities/tasks. -Works knowledge of business process in EPM systems. -Extensive experience in developing the calculation scripts and groovy scripts. -Knowledge of IBM Showcase Warehouse Builder Sets, FDMEE and DRM Oracle tools. -Ability to work under pressure, maintains composure and professionalism in a developing environment. -Ability to prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership. -Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts. -Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. -Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Understands and translates a client’s business, informational and process needs into solid Hyperion EPMsolutions. -Ability to leverage best practices from previous architecture and implementation experience and work on constant support and continuous improvement skills in Hyperion application environment. -Sensitive and responsive to internal and external needs; maintains a positive attitude, willing to seek solutions. -Engages with others and works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values. -Strong functional knowledge around financial systems, processes, and financial reporting practices -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. (Or equivalent experience) -High level of competency with reporting, ETL, and SQL queries, preferably in Narrative Reporting, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio and Hyperion Essbase running on Oracle 9i/10g/11i and SQL Server
