Tasks

-Plan, coordinate, and execute complex field programs, including subcontractor management and junior staff direction. -Lead and support field programs at contaminated and Superfund sites, including oversight of drilling, monitoring well installation, and sampling of groundwater, surface water, sediment, and soils. -Prepare and review work plans, technical reports, and supporting documentation for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. -Manage tasks for large projects or phases of smaller projects, developing both project management and client relationship skills. -Mentor junior staff and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams. -Perform data interpretation, analysis, and reporting for environmental characterization and remediation projects. -Conduct hydrogeologic investigations, and geophysical and geotechnical testing. -Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality protocols.

What You Bring

-Previous field experience supporting environmental investigation and remediation programs. -Proven ability to develop and manage work plans, budgets, and subcontractor relationships. -Strong skills in environmental data evaluation and technical writing. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Previous task management or project management experience. -Geology registration (P.G.) or progress toward registration. -Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook -Ability to lift and carry field equipment and samples. -Experience with GIS or CADD software. -Willingness to travel (day and overnight) as required by project needs. Expected travel is 50-70%.
