Tasks
-Work Together and Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with various shifts and departments to ensure inventory accuracy and achieve weekly and monthly count targets. Keep leadership informed of progress and obstacles in a proactive manner. -Conduct and Manage Cycle Counts: Perform regular cycle counts, reconcile inventory variances, and post counts in our system. -Continuous Improvement: Actively engage in ongoing enhancement efforts and lean activities to boost inventory accuracy and overall efficiency. -Audit and Support: Assist with physical inventory counts, coordinate inventory audits with finance and external auditors, and support the accurate storage of products and materials. -Investigate and Resolve Discrepancies: Dive deep into inventory discrepancies to determine their root causes. Work with the team to implement corrective actions and improve processes.

What You Bring
-Experience with inventory management systems and software. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Proven experience in inventory management, cycle counting, or a similar role. -Respectful and team oriented -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve root causes of inventory variances. -Innovative & adaptable
