Tasks
-Operational Excellence: Lead the daily logistics and execution of all service routes, including route optimization, daily inventory control (supplies, chemicals, PPE, vehicles), and daily account functions (audits, equipment reconciliation, etc.). -Customer Relations: Conduct 100% of quarterly customer contacts and audits, ensuring high customer satisfaction and quality standards. -Financial & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, anticipate workflow and work demand, and analyze and overcome program risks. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of daily invoices. -Growth & Sales: Actively manage and execute a business plan to renew, expand, and develop the route business. Focus on account up-sale improvement with new products and services to ensure a strong, recurring revenue stream. Accountable for achieving sales and margin goals. -Team Leadership: Hire, train, develop, and coach all service and route technicians, including performance monitoring, certification, and daily compliance. Promote a culture of safety and empowered, self-directed teamwork.

What You Bring
-HSA and FSA programs -Analytical Skills: Must be able to interpret reports and performance tracking mechanisms, analyze sales opportunities, and develop route structure based on new accounts and expansion. -Skills: Must possess a clean driving record, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work ethically and independently with high energy and an ability to multitask. -Mobility: Willingness to travel locally 70% in the field to manage operations, coach teams, and maintain customer relations. -Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience. -Entrepreneurial Operator: Demonstrated experience managing operations across different lines of business with a strong understanding of revenue management and business growth strategies.
