Tasks

Assist in cost forecasting, rate analysis, and contract administration Analyse scope, breakdowns, and commercial documentation Develop your understanding of Australian contract forms and cost management processes Assist in Preparing project cost reports and assist in forensic cost reviews Work alongside senior QSs and project teams to deliver accurate project financials -Work alongside seasoned professionals in the Infrastructure space

What You Bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering 1–3+ years’ experience in a cost consultancy or head contractor environment The role will focus on assisting the project team on site. Ideal candidates will come from either a Head Contracting or Consultancy background and any experience in forensic cost analysis, contract administration, and financial reporting within large-scale civil or infrastructure projects would be great but not essential. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail -Potential sponsorship under 482 visa for the right applicants
