Tasks

-Provide required training, mentoring, coaching and leadership for field personnel. -Coordinate scheduling of specialty crews -Lead daily and weekly scope of work activities. -Requisition, maintain and account for tools, materials and equipment. -Data entry and maintenance for field work force employee tracking. -Adhere to project schedule and orchestrate timely and quality project completion within budget. -Select field force staff for new projects with coordination with Operations Superintendent. -Manage book of business with Operations Superintendent with multiple projects. -Execute, supervise and maintain CPMI. -Cooperate with project management and maintain open lines of communication regarding matters concerning project budget, productivity, change orders, quality control and customer satisfaction. -Monitor progress, performance and quality of work for subcontractors and major equipment suppliers. -Coordinate required jurisdictional inspections. -Day-to-day coordination of field/shop work force with Labor Resources. -Ensure required permits and/or licenses are obtained and posted. -Monitor compliance with corporate/project safety program requirements and interface with Safety Managers. -Provide pertinent information and trade specific information to the GC in the development of the project schedule.

-Demonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing and guiding extensive programs and activities of importance. -Expert in field, extensive relevant experience, 15+ years. -Great communication, negotiation and training skills, both verbal and written. -Awards: Whether in Construction, Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Service, RK Industries is highly recognized and accredited throughout the industry: Accreditations & Recognition -Demonstrates independent decision-making. -Ability to manage autonomous individuals, managers and diverse groups giving broader direction. -Masters or college/university graduate or equivalent combination of skills and experience generally required. -Constant collaboration with Operations and GC’s.
