Assist with the preparation for public hearings, meetings and any other presentations related to his/her projects.
May oversee the activities of assigned staff, including but not limited to timesheet review and approval, performance evaluation and daily supervision.
Adhere to Health and Safety program and all applicable SOPs.
Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects to satisfy client.
Negotiate with clients on any scope changes relative to project budgets and schedules subject to supervisor's approval.
Review monthly man-hour and cost reports to ensure projects are being completed at the pre-established goal.
Ensure all project work is performed and completed in accordance with QA/QC standards, systems and procedures as designated for project.
Participate in or hold team meetings ensuring procedures governing the review and approval of projects are followed prior to submission of completed work.
Assist in preparation of effective work plans and man-hour budgets for approval by supervisor.
Works efficiently with the Billing Department to authorize and transmit bills to client. Follows up with clients for timely payments.
Assist with mentoring junior staff in learning sound technical and business practices and enhancing corporate objectives.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with all employees involved in the project to ensure high utilization rates (i.e. Project team meeting).

Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency in technical skills in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrological analyses, grading and other site development related designs.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities.
Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations.
PE preferred.
Ability to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in Residential, Commercial, & Industrial.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
