Tasks

-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking tools to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. -Utilize Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles to support construction planning and execution. -Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals. -Lead and manage large capital projects through all FEL (Front-End Loading) phases and into detailed design, procurement and construction management. -Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive problem solving.

What You Bring

-Deep understanding of FEL phases and AWP methodology. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. -Professional Engineer and /or PMP certification is a plus. -Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. -Proven experience with large-scale capital projects and engineering team coordination. -10+ years of project management experience in an engineering environment. -Direct experience in the pulp & paper, building materials, cement, material handling systems, metals, minerals and/or mining manufacturing sectors.
