The Role

Overview

Repair and maintain domestic heating systems across the High Peak region.

Tasks

-Handle any additional maintenance tasks within your remit -Report accidents, near-miss events, and potential hazards -Document works using your PDA -Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and safety -Participate in out-of-hours work, including overtime and call-outs -Undertake the service, repair and maintenance of domestic heating systems, working to health & safety guidelines, safe working practices, operational procedures, gas safety regulations and specifications.

What You Bring

-Ability to manage your time and workload independently -Be flexible in working with a wide range of customers, adapting to their needs and schedules -Additional qualifications (LPG, Unvented) are desirable -A full UK driving license -A solid understanding of gas legislation and regulations -Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and working to best standards -ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT -Excellent customer service skills with experience working with the public -Recognised formal qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) (desirable)
