Tasks

-Maintain casting processes to ensure they meet standards of quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy. -Support cost-effective production and continuous improvement initiatives. -Involve hands-on with the production floor, supporting operations extensively. -Develop and optimize aluminum casting processes to ensure high-quality production. -Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

-Lean manufacturing knowledge. -3+ years of experience in aluminum casting or foundry operations, with a preference for permanent mold experience. -Ability to work hands-on in a foundry environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. -Experience in process development and continuous improvement. -Strong customer relations skills. -Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools such as MAGMASOFT and SolidWorks. -Strong knowledge of metallurgy and aluminum alloys. -Solidification modeling experience is a plus. -Familiarity with CNC machining processes and assembly-ready casting requirements.
