Tasks

-Work with a support team including dispatchers, coordinators, supervisors, and technical resources. -Perform routine maintenance, replace parts, and install HVAC systems. -Attention to Detail: Ensures precision in measurements, fittings, and overall system installation.

What You Bring

-Safety Awareness: Prioritizes safety protocols and adheres to industry guidelines. -Troubleshooting Skills: Capable of identifying and resolving issues during installation. -Certifications: EPA Certification required. -HVAC Experience: At least 3-5 years with demonstrated experience in system replacement installations. -Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in HVAC systems and equipment installation, including electrical and mechanical components. -PPE: Must be able and willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment. -High school diploma or GED. -Ability to follow instructions. -Physical Requirements: Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs., and maneuver in confined spaces. -Pipefitting/Brazing/Soldering: Proficient in techniques ensuring proper installation and connection of refrigerant piping. -Time Management: Efficiently manages time to meet project deadlines. -Compliance: Adheres to established processes and practices, including environmental, health safety, security, and fire protection. -Familiarity with tools and equipment for HVAC installation and maintenance. -Company-issued cellphone and tablet -Physical fitness and manual dexterity. -Checks: Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks. -Be equipped with a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and necessary PPE. -Customer Service: Excellent skills in communicating with clients and addressing concerns. -Team Collaboration: Works well in a team environment, coordinating with other professionals. -Good communication and customer service skills. -Adaptability: Flexible in adapting to different HVAC systems, brands, and evolving technologies. -In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
