Overview

Assist senior staff with lab testing of construction materials ensuring safety and quality.

Tasks

-Communicates information to Laboratory Manager/Supervisor and other personnel as directed. -Prepare samples and maintain proper labeling and documentation -Under supervision of higher level laboratory staff, learn and assist with tasks and perform basic testing duties. -Provides clear documentation of findings and results. -Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. -Follows safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Performs pre-task planning prior to executing work. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. -Maintain laboratory organization and cleanliness

What You Bring

-High school diploma or equivalent. -Experience with laptop computer use and Microsoft Word and Excel -Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
