Tasks

-Apply technical expertise and be able to work with a project team on conventional and unconventional projects -Support Project Managers and Engineers with engineering design tasks for various projects -Prioritize work to meet various project requests and deadlines, answering to various engineers and project managers -Adhere to Horrocks safety standards to uphold a safe and efficient environment -Perform independent research and delegate changing priorities -Perform civil engineering design and associated calculations and interpret plans from other engineering-related disciplines -Work in a collaborative team environment and deliver accurate work that is error-free -Manage project data files from various sources

What You Bring

-Must be able to work independently with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks, with competing priorities -Be able to develop designs and documentation using MicroStation ORD and other design software -B.S. in Civil Engineering – EIT -Passed Fundamentals of Engineering Exam -Have a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines -0-4+ years of experience in civil design UDOT experience is preferred -Ability to travel and perform fieldwork on occasion -Be proactive and responsive in effectively communicating with colleagues and clients, both in-person and virtually/remotely

Benefits
