Tasks

To specialize in the sale of primary market and off-plan properties by representing top developers, promoting new launches, guiding clients through investment options, and closing deals efficiently. The Property Consultant will act as a key point of contact between developers and potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and professional sales journey. -Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility. -Work closely with the CRM and lead owner teams to manage, follow up, and convert assigned leads in a timely manner. -Stay updated on the latest project launches, payment plans, and offers from major developers in Dubai and abroad. -Guide clients throughout the full sales process, from initial consultation to booking, documentation, and handover coordination. -Promote and sell off-plan and primary market properties from local and international developers. -Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and internal sales processes. -Attend official project launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and company stands, representing the company and its exclusive offerings professionally. -Coordinate with developers to request availability, hold units, arrange DLD forms, and track project documentation. -Attend official project launches, roadshows, and events to generate leads and represent the company professionally. -Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM system, ensuring proper documentation and status updates. -Provide regular feedback to management on client objections, market response, and developer issues. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, investment goals, and budget. -Conduct property presentations and project briefings to prospects, including in-person, virtual, and event-based engagements.

What You Bring

-RERA qualification is a must -Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions. -Adaptability and resilience to handle challenges and work in a dynamic sales environment. -Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships. -Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary. -Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market, preferably in Off Plan market. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs. -Deep understanding of off-plan sales cycle, payment plans, and project documentation. -Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. -Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in using technology and software for lead management and sales tracking.
