Tasks

-Compiles all investigation data within the appropriate case management database and analyzes trends with business leaders and HR teams. -Serves as an advisor to leadership and HR business partners regarding levels of discipline, how to effectively hold performance and discipline related conversation, and management of team conflict. -Responsible for intake, research, investigation planning, interviews, and data collection, completing a written report and communicating an appropriate summary to relevant parties including recommendations. -Collaborates closely with various business line managers, Law department and other HR teams on all aspect of an incident or case consultation, including first contact, follow up with business line, investigation, recommendations, etc.

What You Bring

-Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated between 2023 and 2025. -Good and demonstrated knowledge in the area of communication, coaching, stakeholder management. -Ability to act in an impartial way, able to focus on a big picture and link back activities to corporate policies and principles. -Solid analytical and reporting skills. -University degree with a focus on HR/Business/Management, or relevant experience in Human Resources. -Able to act with care in a compassionate way.
