Tasks

-Ensure all work is performed with quality workmanship and in compliance with Freedom Forever policies and applicable codes (EX:NFPA-70, IRC, IFC, CA-T24) -Move two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while remaining in place. -Determine the distance between objects. -Assemble and install all solar components in an efficient and safe manner. -Hold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the arm. -Bring materials to and from the worksite (or other structure) for installation. -Repeatedly kneel, stoop, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, crawl, or reach out. -Load and unload a company vehicle with project materials. -Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. -Use stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods of time. -Follow installation directions given by senior members of the crew. -Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects. -Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objects. -Provide quality customer service using written and verbal communication skills. -Follow all Freedom Forever safety regulations and policies. -Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles. -Keep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable position. -Make quick, precise adjustments to machine controls.

What You Bring

-Experience installing electrical components is a plus. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED). -Understand the speech of another person. -At least one year of solar install experience is preferred. -React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet. -Can work in various weather environments. (EX: sun, heat, cold, rain, crawl spaces) -Experience and skills using power and hand tools. -Lift 50+ pounds -Must have a valid state driver's license with clean driving record. -Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in confined areas. -Stand, walk, or run for long periods of time. -Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
