Support the preparation of media materials and briefing notes for interviews or announcements.
Monitor media and social channels daily and compile summary reports for the communications team and senior leaders.
Help manage internal and external content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
Assist in developing and implementing internal and external communications strategies to support organizational goals.
Assist with planning and coordinating logistics for events and conferences.
Draft and edit engaging content for multiple audiences, including employees, media, and industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative and digital teams on brand communications projects and social media content.

Experience in social media management and content creation an asset but not required.
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in creative campaign development, social media management, and content creation.
Exposure to working with a dynamic team to execute and refine written and creative communications strategies.
Strong writing and copy-editing skills with the ability to tailor messages to various platforms.
Organized: You excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining structure, and ensuring every detail is accounted for and delivered seamlessly.
Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office or similar platforms.

Independent: You thrive when working autonomously, taking ownership of your responsibilities and delivering results with minimal oversight.
Professional: You consistently demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a polished demeanor in all interactions and communications.
