Tasks

-Schedules vendors and contractors and works side-by-side with construction to address any issues -Performs all mechanical walks for construction -Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed -Oversees entire Maintenance Team -Performs all maintenance tasks for units and equipment -Manages work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner -Inspects the condition of physical properties throughout the community and corrects unsafe conditions

Requirements

What You Bring

-Must have a valid driver’s license and daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties -Uses expert knowledge to abide by pertinent laws and EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials -Must be able to take calls for emergency requests -Confirms apartments are updated and move-in ready -EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification required -Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs -Will drive a golf cart -Effective verbal and written communication skills via all communication channels -Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate -Two or more years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred
