Tasks

-Chase outstanding quotations and maintain momentum with prospective customers. -Keep CRM systems up to date with all customer information, interactions, and pipeline activity. -Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally. -Provide support for tenders, proposals, and pricing requirements. -Proactively follow up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales. -Provide clear product knowledge and technical guidance to clients. -Contribute to sales campaigns, promotions, and lead follow-up initiatives. -Build and maintain strong relationships with installer and B2B customers. -Process customer orders and liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. -Manage inbound enquiries, calls, and orders with accuracy and professionalism. -Support senior sales staff with account management and customer engagement. -Prepare sales reports and performance tracking data for management. -Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. -Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment. -Produce quotations for renewable energy systems and associated components.
