Tasks

-Document processes, procedures, and system configurations -Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network -Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications -Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and applications -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions -Provide technical support and training to end-users -Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality

What You Bring

-Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications -Previous experience within an IT environment -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues -Experience with system design and implementation -Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) -Microsoft and/or ITIL Certification would be considered an asset -Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently -Two-year Technical Diploma focusing within the field of information technology -Knowledge of IT systems, applications, and network infrastructure -Experience with technical software such as Office 365, Power Shell, Power BI and/or Azure would be considered an asset
