Tasks

This position offers the opportunity to shape planting standards, contribute to sustainable design initiatives, and influence the studio’s regional material library. In this role, you’ll lead the development of planting strategies and detailed design documentation across a variety of regional projects. You’ll craft resilient, climate-appropriate planting palettes, coordinate with design teams, and ensure that every landscape delivers both aesthetic and ecological value. -Contribute to iconic and sustainable projects across the Middle East.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Landscape Planting Design Specialist to join the landscape architecture team in the UAE. You’re a passionate landscape professional who understands the art and science of planting design. You combine creativity, technical knowledge, and practical experience to deliver successful, site-responsive landscapes. -Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools. -Excellent communication and coordination skills. -Professional registration (CMLI / ASLA / ALIA) preferred. -8+ years of experience in landscape or planting design. -Strong knowledge of plant species suited to arid climates and sustainable landscape practices. -Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
