Overview

Assist PM and Superintendent with admin, procurement, docs, QA, and closeout.

Tasks

-Climb ladders -Manages and processes project information, requests for information, and design team responses. -Drive vehicles for company business -Maintains official project logs and documentation files. -Manages project close out. -Processes shop drawings, product data. -Expedites distribution of documents to all involved parties. -Work under exposure to inclement weather conditions -Participates in quality control. -Leads the material procurement process. -Walk projects to supervise work bein installed -Assists with subcontract and purchase order development. -Climb scaffolds
