Tasks
-Assist with producing and maintaining corporate minute books and records. -Support intellectual property related matters, as needed. -Help prepare for and facilitate board meetings. -Support corporate compliance, governance, and international efforts. -Act as a liaison between in-house attorneys and internal clients, as needed. -Must be responsible in dealing with sensitive information, always keeping confidential and proprietary information safe and secure. -Provide timely and accurate legal and corporate information to internal clients for use in proposals, qualifications, and contracts. -Assist with drafting corporate resolutions and consents. -Provide Notary Public services to attorneys and in-house clients.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree required. -Must have advanced skills in all Microsoft Office applications. -4 years of experience supporting senior level attorneys or executives, preferably in the architecture/engineering consulting or construction industries, or the legal field. -Requires previous experience working on corporate and regulatory compliance matters. -Requires experience working with corporate legal matters, including preparing minutes, keeping records, and corporate registrations, and other filings. -Requires excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, clients, in-house attorneys, outside counsel, government staff and others outside of the organization, and the ability to maintain a positive, friendly, and outgoing attitude. -Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. -Requires strong analytical ability, critical thinking, problem solving, and research skills. -Requires superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing and proofreading skills. -Must be able to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner, meeting applicable deadlines. -Must have strong knowledge of commonly used legal processes, practices, and procedures. -Must be a Notary Public or willing to obtain notary credentials.
