-Provide timely, professional service to residents and staff -Manage custodial supplies and equipment inventory -Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces -Prepare vacant units for new residents -Clean and maintain common areas, office, and amenity spaces -Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines and safety procedures

What You Bring
