Documentation of communication with general contractor
Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of assembling, and installing sheet metal products
Sets daily and weekly installation goals
Responsibility for entire duct detailing function.
Coordinates all duct deliveries with shop
Checks all deliveries for accuracy and completeness
Inspects assemblies and installation for conformance to specifications and CMS requirements.
Enforces disciplinary measures as needed
Daily communication with general contractor and CMS operations team
Determines crew size and hours worked
Supervises installation of all duct, duct accessories, equipment, and related material
Installing, hangers, ductwork, setting curbs, helping with crane picks, demo or cleaning site.
Daily inspections for installation, safety
Enforces code compliance
Project meetings record
Coordinates ductwork with other trades, i.e., plumbing, piping, framers, steel, fire sprinklers, etc.
Enforces CMS policies and procedures
Daily and weekly direction for crews
Order sheet metal materials as necessary to meet the project schedule
Daily work activities include: sitting, kneeling, climbing, squatting, crawling, digging, and ascending and descending ladders and scaffolding constantly throughout the work day.
May study schedules and estimate requirements for completion of job. Analyze and resolves work problems
Coordinates equipment delivery with project manager/engineer and general contractor
Review daily time cards
Weekly job site meetings

Must have the ability to layout a duct system from a blueprint and set elevations.
Should have experience with the following duct work: TDF, Pittsburgh and snap lock construction, TDC, Duct mate, 22mm, 35mm,S & D, Spiral, Duct Board Fiberglass, FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic ductwork)

Physical requirements: Able to lift, push, pull and twist up to 50 lbs throughout the workday. Work overhead, climb ladders, work on uneven surfaces for extended periods of time.
