Assist in scheduling and tracking construction projects for rail, transit, and bridges.

Tasks

-Participating in schedule review meetings and collaborating with project teams -Tracking and verifying progress against baseline schedules -Assisting with Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and claims reviews -Supporting “What-If” and recovery schedule scenarios -Developing planning schedules and resource/cost loading concepts -Preparing schedule updates, progress narratives, and graphical reports (Gantt charts, histograms) -Reviewing contractor schedules for compliance with contract documents

What You Bring

-Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare clear written reports -Familiarity with any scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) -0-1 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field office/inspection work (field experience is a major plus) -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent experience -PMP, PSP, or completion of Primavera courses 102/106 is a plus -Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
