Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Operator - Tweed Heads

Overview

Provide customer service and manage warehouse operations at CSR Tweed Heads.

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines. -Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and comply with safety requirements. -Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to. -Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers in store and in the warehouse. -Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping. -Stock movements and the maintenance of stock. -Contributes to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets. -Unloading inbound orders of stock. -Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers vehicles with a forklift, or manually as required.
