Tasks

-Lead the conceptualization, design development, and implementation of wayfinding projects from inception to completion. -Develop creative direction and execution of wayfinding, signage, and placemaking projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. -Coordinate and work closely with wider teams of architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to propose integrated wayfinding design solutions that meet clients’ requirements. -Provide mentorship and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and collaboration. -Manage project schedules, resources, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design deliverables. -Create compelling narratives and presentations to effectively communicate strategy and design proposals to clients and project stakeholders. -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wayfinding design, and incorporate relevant advancements into project deliverables.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in wayfinding design, signage, and environmental graphics across diverse project types, including masterplans, luxury hospitality, residential, mixed-use, retail, commercial, entertainment, healthcare, and education. -Demonstrate expertise in design software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, AI Tools, 3DS Max and SketchUp to create conceptual designs, sketches, and illustrations. -Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, leveraging expertise in urban planning and interior design to craft and present holistic wayfinding strategies. -Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex wayfinding projects from concept through completion, supported by a strong design portfolio and proven track record. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail. -Willingness to travel internationally to support project requirements and client interactions. -Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, 3DS Max, and SketchUp. -Comprehensive knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards governing wayfinding and architectural projects within the Middle East. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. -Strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and the development of detailed design drawings and specifications. -Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
