Tasks

The Architect Consultant will provide expert architectural and design guidance across projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards, design guidelines, and international benchmarks (SBC, BS, ASTM, ISO). The role supports VVIP and high-security facilities, providing specialized technical advice to optimize functionality, aesthetics, sustainability, and operational efficiency. -Advise on new technologies, materials, and sustainable practices. -Prepare reports for audits and maintain quality standards. -Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance. -Contribute to post-implementation reviews. -Support long-term planning and facility upgrades. -Work with project teams to align design with operational needs. -Review architectural plans and ensure compliance with standards and benchmarks. -Develop design guidelines and maintain records of decisions. -Recommend design improvements for functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. -Guide space planning and layout optimization; conduct site inspections. -Act as architectural advisor for sensitive/VVIP projects. -Liaise with contractors and consultants; ensure client satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Ability to word 6-day weeks. -Strong knowledge of international architectural standards, codes, and best practices. -Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural consultancy, preferably within FM or large-scale projects. -Fluent in Arabic. -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred). -Professional registration or membership (AIA or equivalent) preferred. -Relevant certifications such as PMP or IFMA are an advantage.
