Overview

Collect outstanding receivables, manage disputes, and support collections using SAP.

Tasks

-Support and train new team members as needed -Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards for all. -Create Value for the Customer: Deliver innovative, reliable solutions. -Resolve disputes through contract review, negotiation, or escalation as needed -Document all customer interactions and prepare supporting documentation -Collaborate closely with internal departments to achieve goals -Integrity and Trust: Foster honest, ethical relationships. -Track and file liens; manage legal and collection files as required -Manage outbound calls and written follow-ups to reduce A/R for assigned districts -Meet or exceed collection and financial performance targets -Review unapplied payments and assist with unclaimed property resolution -Lead monthly calls with district teams to review top accounts and financial impact

What You Bring

-Account management preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel -Strong analytical, time management & organizational skills -2–4 years in customer service, accounting, or credit & collections -Bachelor’s degree preferred -OR Associate’s degree with 1–2 years related experience -SAP experience preferred -Customer service experience required -Supervisory or team management preferred -Collections/Accounting experience required -Self-motivated with strong follow-up and closure abilities
