Tasks

As a Territory Buyer, you’ll be a key player in driving procurement excellence across your region. You’ll manage local and regional sourcing activities, build strong supplier partnerships, and ensure that every purchasing decision aligns with Wavin’s sustainability, efficiency, and value objectives. Working closely with both local business units and global category teams, you’ll balance hands-on execution with strategic collaboration — optimizing spend, improving processes, and strengthening supply reliability across the region. -Lead sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations to drive cost savings and performance. -Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. -Collaborate with global category managers to align local actions with global strategies. -Champion continuous improvement and digital procurement initiatives. -Ensure compliance with Orbia and Wavin procurement policies. -Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to support business decisions. -Manage and optimize procurement spend within your territory (£17– £20M).

What You Bring

We’re looking for a Territory Buyer who’s ready to make an impact — someone who thrives in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment and wants to help shape the future of procurement at Wavin. -Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (CIPS, CPSM, or PMP certifications a plus). -Skilled negotiator with excellent analytical and communication abilities. -Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage). -Experience working in an international, matrix organization. -Strong background in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
