-Ability to adapt quickly to new situations, respond positively to setbacks and be comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity -Experience working in government, public sector, or regulated industries is advantageous. -Outstanding relationship builder and collaborator, capable of fostering productive and mutually challenging work relationships through shared goals and open dialogue -Strong financial acumen including managing budgets, funding requirements, and financial management. -Significant leadership experience of deploying third party services and in managing strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships -Delivery focused, outstanding organisation and planning skills, methodical and service oriented -Outstanding leadership capability and the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. -Expertise in planning and executing complex IT programmes - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and apply rigour and discipline to the processes of project management and delivery. -Ability to translate complex issues for executive leadership and influence stakeholders at all levels. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field – Information Technology or a related field (MBA preferred). -Strong analytical skills to align programs with organizational goals and government priorities. -Familiar with power system operations, and energy market dynamics. -Change oriented and able to effectively challenge the status quo, while bringing stakeholders and team members on the change journey.
