Tasks
-Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to improve efficiency. -Manage correspondence, applications, and contacts, initiating appropriate actions with installers and customers. -Promote and deliver excellent customer service standards. -Maintain quality standards in all activities. -Contribute to process and procedure improvements within Licence Programmes and LCT. -Provide administration, management support, and reporting across all LCT areas. -Administer and process all documentation throughout the project lifecycle. -Ensure all customer contacts/applications are processed in line with relevant procedures and timescales. -Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments. -Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and lead by example toward a zero-accident culture. -Act as an effective member of the LCT technical team.

What You Bring
-Experience within utilities, civil engineering, or construction sectors. -Awareness of regulatory issues and inter-business relationships. -Strong telephony and customer service skills. -Working knowledge of network and business data management systems. -Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, Guaranteed Standards, Licence, and Ofgem obligations. -Ability to work effectively in a multi-functional team. -Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental legislation would be beneficial
