Overview
Assist commercial team with contracts, cost forecasting, dispute resolution and pricing.

Tasks
-Administrating our contracts and issuing the correct contractual notices -Assessing interim and final accounts -Assisting with subcontract preparation following procurement -Producing integrated cost forecasts for projects -Assisting with resolution of disputes and learning negotiation strategies -Managing commercial issues related to withheld, disputed or disallowed costs

What You Bring
-Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal) -Eligible to work in the UK -Have the ability to travel to the office and sites (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport) Meaning a full UK driving licence would be preferred. -Have achieved or on track to achieve your degree in Quantity Surveying but we will consider other RICS accredited degree
