Tasks

-Project Management: Oversee all aspects of Roadwork construction projects, from planning through completion, working with teammates and external vendors alike. -Estimating: Read and understand plans and specifications, and perform quantity take-offs from plans and/or field visits -Scheduling & Budgeting: Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution. -Team Coordination: To ensure smooth collaboration and delivery, lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff. -Problem Solving: Address issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track -Client Communication: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
