Tasks

-Prepare and validate project reports (internal and external) -Support a project management structure of all aspects of project delivery and project controls -Adoption of basic modelling software to aid progress reporting and stakeholder communication -Prepare accurate tendering and delivery programs/schedules that support dependable delivery -Support project controls practices and ensure compliance with company and client systems, policies and procedures -Consider delivery methodology and sequencing to identify and provide improvements on the execution plan -Provide advice to project team and managers regarding all project controls related issues, including cost, progress, schedule and change management -Challenge construction proposals to maximise efficiencies/productivity -Evaluate impact of change on planned work, including critical path analysis and extension of time entitlements

What You Bring

-Solid programming and scheduling skills (P6 and Asta preferrable) -Prior experience working on architectural projects with significant temporary works is highly advantageous -High levels of understanding and appreciation in safety, controls and mitigation -Leadership skills and understanding of leadership responsibilities -Experience in a similar role within a Principal Contractor environment -Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Contract, Project, or Construction Management -Strong commercial acumen
