Tasks

-Preparing all contract related paperwork and process payment requests -Following up with vendors to ensure work orders have been completed per scope -Entering budget data into MRI -Processing all CAPEX, Landlord Work, and Tenant Improvement Allowances via Job Cost process required by the Tenant Coordinator -Collecting and assembling all data and supporting documents for review and presentation to the Tenant Coordinator -Handling Contract Input Forms, Purchase Orders, AIA Contracts, Short Form Contracts, and holdbacks -Coordinating vendor work

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience -Understanding of retail leases a plus -Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access) -Background in retail commercial real estate, preferably with construction administration / billing -At least two years of experience in a fast paced corporate setting -Prior administrative experience
