Tasks

-Provide leadership and guidance to junior electricians and trainees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. -Handle a wide range of tasks, from trenching and running wire to installing switchgears and performing system diagnostics. -Work with the warehouse and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment. -Perform high-quality, safe electrical work while ensuring adherence to all building standards and codes. -Lead and manage the installation and commissioning of diverse electrical systems, including generators, battery back-ups, streetlights, and both low and high-voltage electrical systems. -Collaborate with project managers, teams, and clients to ensure that each installation meets or exceeds customer expectations. -Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and tools, following safety protocols and regulations on all jobsites.

What You Bring

-Proven experience and expertise in electrical systems, including streetlights, sports field lights, switchgears, and both low and high-voltage systems. -Ability to work in a variety of environments, from residential homes to large commercial sites. -Solid background in reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints, and manuals to ensure accurate installations. -Strong physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds frequently and work at heights or in extreme conditions. -Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. -Vocational or technical school training preferred. -Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. -Minimum of 3+ years of electrical experience required, with a Journeyman Electrical License or State Certified Electrician credentials.
