Overview

Diagnose, service, and maintain commercial HVAC chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal).

Key Responsibilities

• jobsite assessment
• cost estimating
• log sheets
• troubleshooting
• equipment service
• preventative maintenance

Tasks

-Support Account Managers and Supervisors with jobsite assessments and cost estimates -Complete and submit accurate log sheets and service documentation -Troubleshoot both airside and waterside system issues -Diagnose and service the following equipment: -Perform preventative maintenance (PM) services per contractual agreements
