Overview

Design and document HVAC/plumbing systems in Revit for healthcare, data center, commercial projects.

Tasks

-Support multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, and project delivery timelines. -Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Collaborate with engineers to develop coordinated HVAC, plumbing, and specialty system designs. -Prepare detailed mechanical system layouts, plans, and sections using Revit or other design software. -Contribute to the development of standards and drafting best practices. -Ensure quality and accuracy of design drawings and construction documentation. -Assist with documentation and submittal processes, including specifications and equipment schedules. -Mentor junior design staff and provide technical guidance as needed.

What You Bring

-6+ years of mechanical drafting or design experience, preferably in building systems. -Ability to support field coordination and occasional site visits. -Proficiency in Revit; experience with AutoCAD and other BIM tools is a plus. -Detail-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills. -Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial, healthcare, or mission-critical buildings. -Associate degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or a related field (preferred).
