Tasks

-Drives continuous improvement and learning, conducting post-project reviews, staying updated on industry trends, and leading a wide range of project activities including design reviews, site inspections, and executive reporting. -Provides inclusive and visible leadership, supports succession planning, explores recruitment and retention strategies, and mentors both direct reports and the wider team. -Ensures robust project delivery plans are developed, communicated, implemented, and regularly reviewed, while proactively managing risks, opportunities, and change processes. -Integrates a customer-first mindset into all aspects of project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with Customer Experience strategies. -Oversees project execution across all functional areas, collaborating with internal stakeholders and presenting strategies (e.g., procurement, logistics, constructability) to governance committees. -Leads procurement and commercial activities, ensuring appropriate contract models, market engagement, cost control, and compliance with contractual obligations.
