Tasks

Group Services Finance manages financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting to ensure strong fiscal health and cash flow. It empowers informed decision-making through insights that drive sustainable growth and profitability. -Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and continuous process improvement. -Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. -Prepare and support audit schedules, ensuring readiness for internal and external reviews. -Drive standardization and automation initiatives to enhance reporting and reconciliation efficiency. -Maintain accurate and timely general ledger accounting and reconciliations. -Review and resolve balance sheet discrepancies, ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards. -Uphold internal controls and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.

What You Bring

-2–3 years of experience in general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes. -Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CPA/ACCA preferred. -Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial controls.
