-ensure the smooth delivery of transport functions during the transition phase, -oversee the efficient and effective transfer of functions, (staff, assets and contracts) to Auckland Council -establish the new CCO with a structure and culture that enables the organisation to deliver high quality public transport services for Auckland. -leading an organisation through periods of significant change
