Tasks

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of acquired assets or implementation of new agreements. -Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and sector-specific risks. -Manage stakeholder relationships (banks, PE firms, corporates, legal teams). -Lead end-to-end transaction execution (M&A, asset sales, acquisitions, lease agreements, debt financing) in Hospitality, Healthcare, or Education sectors. -Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management on deal progress and sector developments. -Oversee post-transaction activities, including transition and integration processes for successful deal closure. -Analyze market dynamics and identify potential investment opportunities within Hospitality, Healthcare, or Education sectors. -Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, and transaction documents. -Conduct financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessment for deals. -Negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, landlords, lenders, and investors. -Develop and implement strategic plans for portfolio growth and optimization in the assigned sectors.

What You Bring

-Understanding of regulatory environments in hospitality, healthcare, or education sectors -Knowledge of debt and equity financing structures -Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies -Experience with due diligence processes and risk assessment -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, healthcare, or education sectors transactions. -Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software -Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
