Regional Controller - Retail Division

Tasks

-Support cross-functional initiatives and best practice implementation -Step in as acting controller when needed -Develop tools/templates in Excel, Adaptive, and PowerPoint to support standardized processes -Directly manage 2-4 team members -Lead standardization of reporting and internal controls across sites -Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and operational analyses -Drive process improvement and support new systems implementation -Conduct SOX testing and implement corrective actions -Partner with management on planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement -Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies -Hire, train, and mentor plant controllers -Perform internal control reviews and support audit requirements -Review monthly reports, journal entries, and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance -Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making at all levels -Collaborate with plant controllers, corporate finance, and operations leaders

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel up to 50% -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems -5-7 years of leadership experience in manufacturing accounting -Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset -Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory, AP, payroll, and receivables -Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CMA, CPA, or MBA a plus) -Build working knowledge of Microsoft NAV ERP (and future systems)
