Tasks
-Assist in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and statistical reports as needed. -Perform financial analyses to provide cost-saving recommendations to leadership. Engage with business partners and/or cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. -Utilize process-related technologies and tools to analyze data and recommend effective process solutions. -Create and deliver presentations for leadership to share milestone and final results. -Report directly to the Process Improvement unit of the Service Corporation and will support all AEP business units. -Leverage technology, including AI, to develop tools and workflows that enhance efficiency for business users. -Conduct process and financial studies to drive financial value and improve labor efficiencies within the organization. -Collaborate with team personnel to support their assignments.

What You Bring
-Familiarize yourself with the company's organizational structure, departmental responsibilities, and intergroup relationships. -Education requirements: Completion of Sophomore year in a 4-year Business, Finance or Process Improvement program. -Acquire knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Must be at least 18 years old.
