Design and deliver electrical substation projects for transmission and renewable sectors.

Tasks

-Delivering small to medium sized projects throughout project lifecycle -Liaise with CAD Engineers to determine safe, cost effective substation design solutions -Producing electrical engineering deliverables where appropriate -Preparation of HV Substation primary equipment design deliverables, feasibility studies, reports, programmes and cost estimating

What You Bring

-Experience in writing clear and concise documentation. -Broad knowledge of transmission technologies and a good understanding of how these technologies influence the operation and performance of the transmission system -Experience working as a substation/plant engineer to regulated industry standards -Degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering -Ability of working with internal and external parties and working within a strong team-working culture. -Can demonstrate success in delivering engineering and or projects safely to budget, time and quality that meets customer expectations
