Tasks

-Manage sponsorship requests and present recommendations for review. -Collaborate with departments to identify new volunteer opportunities and encourage participation across teams. -Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Community Impact, helping to coordinate communication and priorities across departments. -Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and department events. -Maintain the charitable giving and volunteer tracking dashboard to ensure accurate data and reporting. -Support the DEI Committee by managing attendance, meeting materials, and special projects. -Upload and share community engagement highlights and photos to celebrate company-wide involvement. -Plan and organize volunteer days — from company-wide initiatives to department-level service projects. -Provide event coordination and onsite support — including scheduling, volunteer communication, event setup, and wrap-up. -Represent Power Design and the foundation in community initiatives, helping to strengthen partnerships and build brand trust. -Create and maintain the community events calendar and project tracker. -Delivers “Plus One” service to both internal and external partners -Coordinate ad and promotional requests for foundation and community events.

-Exceptional organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities -Ability work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends as needed -Bachelor’s degree required -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) -Strong communication and relationship-building skills -Creative thinker who enjoys collaborating and problem-solving -1–3 years of experience in a corporate or nonprofit setting -Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities -Demonstrates and upholds Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
